At KC Fitness Academy, we invest significant resources in course planning, educational materials, instructor allocation, administrative processing, practical training, examinations, and certification services. Accordingly, our courses and services are subject to the following refund policy.
All course fees, registration fees, enrollment fees, training fees, examination fees, and certification-related fees paid to KC Fitness Academy are non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed, except where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly approved by KC Fitness Academy in writing.
By completing payment and enrolling in a course, the student acknowledges and accepts this policy.
No refund will generally be provided if a student:
Failure to attend classes, practical sessions, workshops, examinations, or other scheduled activities does not automatically entitle the student to a refund.
Where appropriate, KC Fitness Academy may, at its discretion, offer an alternative batch, rescheduling, or another reasonable arrangement subject to availability and applicable terms.
Fees associated with examinations, assessments, certification, re-examinations, or related administrative services are non-refundable once the relevant service has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
Failure to pass an examination does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If KC Fitness Academy cancels a course before it begins and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative arrangement, the Academy may provide an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
If a payment has been made twice accidentally for the same service, the student should contact the Academy promptly with proof of payment.
After verification, KC Fitness Academy may process the duplicate payment in accordance with its payment-processing procedures.
Requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by KC Fitness Academy on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund, transfer, credit, or alternative arrangement is entirely subject to the Academy's written decision and applicable law.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Where a refund is legally required or approved, any non-recoverable payment gateway, transaction, banking, or processing charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed to the student.
Course enrollment may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from KC Fitness Academy.
The Academy may allow transfer or batch change in exceptional circumstances at its discretion and subject to availability.
By making payment and completing enrollment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions and No Refund & Cancellation Policy of KC Fitness Academy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict, or waive any statutory consumer right or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
