The process includes counselling and course guidance, enrollment, course material and learning, completion of the 3-month learning period, an online examination, result processing, and certificate delivery.

Yes. After completing the applicable 3-month course duration, students become eligible to appear for the online examination according to the Academy's examination guidelines.

No. Completing the course does not automatically guarantee certification. Students must successfully fulfil the applicable examination and certification requirements.

If a candidate does not pass the examination, a paid re-examination may be conducted within 30 days. The applicable re-examination fee is ₹1,000 per re-examination.

After the examination result is declared and all applicable certification requirements are successfully completed, certificate processing and delivery will be completed within 30 days, subject to verification.

Yes. After successful enrollment, students receive the course material and learning resources required for their selected certification program.

Course fees, registration fees, training fees, examination fees, and certification-related fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by KC Fitness Academy.

Course or batch changes may be considered by KC Fitness Academy on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and approval by the Academy.

No. Course enrollment cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from KC Fitness Academy.
